Chiara performs a check before starting your practice to confirm that you have a good Wi-Fi connection for an optimal app experience. Our recommendation is to use a Wi-Fi network that allows you to watch the videos and send your practice quickly and optimally.

In the same way during the installation and use of the app, you must have granted the microphone, data and storage permissions of the phone.

If after doing your practice, you see a message like these on your screen, please verify:

1) We recommend changing the Wi-Fi network if possible. Some Wifi networks may not have sufficient capacity and upload speed and in some cases, mostly business, have Proxys or Firewalls that prevent or deny data upload.

We recommend that you verify that this is not the case.

In some occasions, it will be enough for you to disconnect and reconnect your phone form the Wifi network, or you can even try to hit the "Try again" button if you have only a mobile data connection.

2) Another possible cause is that you have not granted permission to record audio or access the microphone during the installation of the app. So we suggest you check its status in the app settings using this route:

Settings / Applications / Chiara / Permissions

The microphone and mobile data permission must always be active.

This will be enough to send your practice and continue with the course.
