If you have problems to log in or reset your password you can try these options:
- Verify you are not entering uppercase characters (usually, some mobiles include default capital letters).
- Verify that you are not including spaces before or after the email and password.
- Sometimes, depending on the mobile, it does not allow you to copy/paste a password, you must write it.
